Study on energy-saving quantitative evaluation of hydraulic excavator

چکیده
Abstract The energy-saving of hydraulic excavators is evaluated by two significant indicators: operating efficiency (digging weight per unit time) and fuel consumption (volume consumed time). These indicators are only the final test results cannot quantitatively evaluate whole operation process excavator. In this paper, a complete set experimental protocols designed to quantify excavator collecting its attitude data, digging data in real-time. By restoring excavator’s three-dimensional posture through multi-body dynamics model, corresponding energy can be grasped very intuitively, which provides research direction for optimizing
